With a futuristic setting, this game sets you the task of making your way across different locations while defeating the enemies you come across through a system of turn-based combat. The faceoffs earn you experience and coins that let you level your character up and get better kit. We may have heard all this a thousand times before, but keep in mind that this game came out even before Square released its various sagas for Super Nintendo, meaning at the time these gameplays had never before been seen on 16-bit machines.
The game makes up part of the so-called SEGA Forever line, a series of games for mobile devices officially released by the company that are both identical in gameplay to the originals and offer the chance to customize the touch controls and even save your progress at any time. All are free-to-play, meaning you'll simply see a few ads in the start menu. Once you start playing there are no banners nor anything of the sort to slow down your gaming experience.
